Our Commitment

Griffin Partners’ goal of ensuring that our buildings are managed responsibly starts with a focus on the health and safety of our building staff, building tenants, visitors and other stakeholders.

Griffin Partners’ is pursuing the WELL Health-Safety Rating for our owned office buildings.  This rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency response plans.

This effort and rating support the long-term health and safety needs of people in our buildings.  The Health Safety Rating consists of 5 core areas.  The areas include:

  1. Air and water quality management
  2. Emergency planning and operations
  3. Sanitation
  4. Employee health resources
  5. Tenant communication and engagement

Griffin ownership, management and maintenance teams are fully engaged in this effort.
