Park 109 is a 375,000 SF Class A four building industrial park on 32.8 acres in Wilson County, TN. The project is located along Highway 109 just north of Interstate 840, and just south of the Interstate 40 and Hwy. 109 interchange. The development provides easy access to the Nashville MSA.
Griffin Partners, alongside CA South and Harvey Builders; developed and completed this mid-bay, multi-tenant project and sold upon completion. Since acquiring the land in 2020, Griffin removed and replaced over 20,000 cubic yards of earth, in addition to constructing a 35-foot retaining wall on the south end of the development. Despite unusual weather challenges throughout 2021, Griffin Partners development team, alongside General Contractor Harvey Builders, remained steadfast and flexible throughout the entirety of the development process, delivering a quality industrial asset.
