The site is strategically located off I-40/I-85 at exit 157. Colliers represented Buckhorn Centre, LLC, an entity controlled by David Lazzo and Jeff Grote, on the sale to Griffin Partners.
Griffin Partners, a developer with a strong track record in industrial real estate, plans to develop two shallow-bay industrial buildings totaling 196,808 square feet on the site. The demand for shallow-bay industrial space is currently high, making this development a significant addition to the regional industrial market.
