Kelly Agent Joins Team as Janie Snider Enjoys Retirement
Griffin Partners, an entrepreneurial, commercial real estate investment, development and property management firm, is pleased to welcome Kelly Agent as its new Senior Vice President of Property Management. Kelly joined the team in October, as 14-year veteran employee, Janie Snider, recently transitioned to retirement.
Operating out of Griffin Partners’ Houston headquarters, Agent will oversee the company’s property management and engineering operations throughout Houston, Southwest Texas and the additional markets in which it owns and operates properties. Agent will also oversee Griffin’s property management and engineering team.

Prior to joining the Griffin team, Agent served as Vice President of Property Management at Hartman Income REIT and Senior Manager at Patrinely Group. Additionally, Agent held the roles of General Manager at Midway, The RMR Group and Jones Lange Lasalle, Property Manager at Cassidy Turley (now Newmark Knight Frank) and Asset Manager at EastGroup Properties, Inc. She began her career with the United States Department of Defense after obtaining both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
Snider’s retirement comes after a successful 38-year career in the commercial real estate industry, which includes her tenure at Griffin Partners and nearly a decade as Senior Vice President at CBRE (formerly Trammell Crow Company).
