Haley Bowan

Haley Bowan joined Griffin Partners in 2022 as the Property Manager for Roxborough I&II in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the two office buildings, including property maintenance, capital improvement projects, financial reporting, and budgeting. She brings a strong working knowledge of accounting, contract service management and tenant relations. Haley graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and has been working in commercial real estate since 2014. Prior to joining Griffin Partners, Haley managed a diverse portfolio consisting of over 500,000 square feet of office and retail assets. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, running and being outdoors.
