One half of Fund III’s first investment and Griffin Partners’ first investment in Denver, Inverness Office Park is a single-story, multi-tenant, industrial office flex project totaling three buildings over 175,287 sqft.  Inverness Road is easily accessible by I-25 and Highway 470, and the project’s floorplan is well suited for high-density users.

Griffin Partners acquired the buildings in 2016 and sold them in 2019.
