Griffin Partners recognized as best-in-class for tenant satisfaction
HOUSTON, TX. (September 9, 2024) — Griffin Partners has announced that it recently won 2024 Kingsley Excellence Awards for 16 of the properties in its portfolio. The prestigious awards recognize CRE organizations who continually exceed industry standards and consistently deliver an outstanding tenant experience.
To qualify for a Kingsley Excellence Award, a property’s tenant satisfaction must exceed the Kingsley Index™, the most comprehensive performance benchmarking database in the commercial real estate industry. Companies that exceed expectations on a continual and consistent basis are viewed as making enduring contributions to the industry.

The awards measure everything from overall satisfaction with property management, accessibility, communication and problem resolution to engineering response time and resolution. For example, the Kingsley Index of Engineering Response Time Within Two Hours came in at 41 percent. Griffin topped it at 48 percent. In addition to achieving a 96 percent response rate portfolio-wide, Griffin received an average score of 4.63 for property management satisfaction compared to the Kingsley Index average of 4.38.
