Port 45

The building is designed for modern distribution, with high clear heights, wide column spacing with speed bays, a deep truck court, ample trailer parking, and dock-high loading. Interstates 45, 20, 30 and 35 connect the site to the full Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and to markets across the Southwest and Southeast. The Union Pacific intermodal terminal, a few miles north, links tenants to West Coast ports by rail. Those advantages have drawn national distributors and retailers to the surrounding area. Griffin developed Port 45 to serve that demand in one of the country’s largest and most active industrial markets.
