The four rear-load buildings are designed for the small and mid-sized users that larger institutional developments often overlook, with suites ranging from about 15,000 square feet up to a 75,000-square-foot single-tenant building. I-40 is less than a mile away and I-840 is about three miles south, so tenants can reach downtown Nashville, about 20 miles west, and the region’s broader interstate network quickly. The surrounding area is a growing logistics and manufacturing hub, home to Cracker Barrel’s headquarters, Genesco, Lochinvar and several national third-party logistics providers. As Nashville’s urban core gentrifies and pushes industrial users outward, modern small-bay space with good interstate access has remained scarce.
