The project’s location offers outstanding access to the Nashville metro, as well as the broader eastern portion of the US via I-,40 I-24, I-65, and I-840. It sits on the east side of Hwy 109, less than 2 miles from the I-40/Hwy 109 diamond interchange and the I-840/Hwy 109 diamond interchange. This location has attracted numerous national corporations to open bulk distribution facilities within a five-mile radius including: Walmart, Bridgestone, Starbucks, Under Armor, Chewy’s, and O’Reilly Auto Parts. In addition, FedEx, CEVA Logistics, and Amazon all have multiple warehouses within five miles, including a five-story 3.6M SF Amazon reginal sort center.
